PPSSPP Git (2013/11/06) is compiled. PPSSPP is a fast and portable PSP emulatorfor Android, Windows, Mac, and Linux, written in C++.

PPSSPP Git Changelog:

* Android: Switch GCC toolchain to 4.8 again. This time we'll work out any issues
instead of reverting.
