DeSmuME SVN r4670 is compiled. DeSmuME is an open source Nintendo DS(NDS) emulator for Linux, Mac OS and Windows. DeSmuME supports save states, the ability to increase the size of the screen and it supports filters to improve image quality. DeSmuME also supports microphone use on Windows and Linux ports, as well as direct video and audio recording. The emulator also features a built-in movie recorder.

win32- revert r4666 (remove FEX to static library), since it isnt working right at all. In fact, it is very difficult to get working. We probably need to build a vc10 and vc7 version independently, or remove std::string use from Zip_Extractor; or, have a good reason for doing any of this work to begin with.
