Yabause SVN r3123 is compiled. Yabause is a Sega Saturn Emulator(SS Emulator) for Linux, Windows and Mac OS X.Yabause support booting games using Saturn cds or iso files.

Added PerKeyName callback in all peripheral cores.

Removed the now useless PERKEYNAME compilation option.

This change has not been tested on every port, so
it may break things... sorry for that ^^;
Please test and fix :)

Removed some more peripheral dead code.

The PerSetButtonMapping callback was added seven
years ago and was never used, guess it's ok to
remove it :)
Also removed the PerRemovePeripheral function that
was never implemented.
