Yabause SVN r3112 is compiled. Yabause is a Sega Saturn Emulator(SS Emulator) for Linux, Windows and Mac OS X.Yabause support booting games using Saturn cds or iso files.

* Searching for ini file in the app dir on windows.
* It seems many users like to have configuration in the application dir... But you'll have to manually create those files and as long as they're here, they will shadow the "global" configuration file.
